实验原理

细胞在非变性条件下被裂解时，细胞内许多 “蛋白质 - 蛋白质”相互作用复合体被完整保留下来。利用目标蛋白质的特异性抗体进行免疫沉淀，再通过变性凝胶电泳分离所得蛋白质复合体，以此定性或定量分析几种蛋白质之间的相互作用力。
