泛素结合酶H6（UbcH6），也称为泛素结合酶类E₂E₁（UBE₂E₁），是一种普遍表达的蛋白质，预测分子量为21.4 kDa。人UbcH6/UBE₂E₁分别与小鼠和大鼠UBE₂E₁具有99%和100%的氨基酸序列同一性。UbcH6/UBE₂E₁介导短寿命和异常蛋白质的选择性降解。在Lys136中加入泛素样蛋白ISG15后，UbcH6/UBE₂E₁的催化活性受到调节。在细胞核中，UbcH6/UBE₂E₁的N末端片段与泛素连接酶（E3）TRIM21相互作用，介导底物泛素化。在HSV1感染期间，UbcH6/UBE₂E₁也与病毒E3、ICP0相互作用。此外，UbcH6/UBE₂E₁依赖性蛋白泛素化与共济失调等多谷氨酰胺途径疾病有关。产品属性：
