    • 产品详情:ab197451可用于定量测量40种人类炎症因子。适用于血清、血浆、细胞培养基、其他体液、细胞和组织裂解物。靶标名称:BLC、Eotaxin、Eotaxin-2、G-CSF、GM-CSF、I-309、ICAM-1、IFNγ、IL-1α、IL-1β、IL-1ra、IL-2、IL-4、IL-5、IL-6、IL-6 sR、IL-7、IL-8、IL-10、IL-11、IL-12p40、IL-12p70、IL-13、IL-15、IL-16、IL-17、MCP-1、M-CSF、MIG、MIP-1α、MIP-1β、MIP-1δ、PDGF-BB、RANTES、TIMP-1、TIMP-2、TNFα、TNFβ、TNF sRI、TNF sRII。定量抗体芯片仅需50µL样品即可定量多达40种细胞因子。目前已有400种人源蛋白和200种鼠源蛋白的芯片可供选择。每张玻片上点有16个相同的抗体芯片,并配有16孔垫片,以便将不同的样品分别点样到每个芯片上。每个抗体在每个芯片上均进行四重复点样。为了获得可重复的定量结果,使用8个芯片和蛋白标准品混合物来生成标准曲线。相同的8个标准曲线芯片可用于多张玻片,例如,使用2张玻片可测量22个实验样品,使用3张玻片可测量36个实验样品,以此类推。为了实现高通量检测,可将4张玻片嵌套在与标准微孔板相匹配的托盘中,从而可以使用液体处理工作站进行自动化处理。芯片处理可在1个工作日内完成(参见下方工作流程图),并可使用多种激光玻片芯片/基因芯片扫描仪进行分析。如果您没有合适的扫描仪,我们推荐使用我们的膜抗体芯片,该芯片可使用任何WB化学发光读板机进行分析。标准品为亲和纯化。
