患者经胃镜检查后第2天起服用维酶素0.8g，甲硝唑0.2g，庆大霉素8万U，均每日3次，及中药四君汤加 黄芪 、香附、女贞子、丹参、黄连等，每日1剂煎服；治疗4周后，由专人给患者作上述各项复查。 2 结果 在895例胃粘膜肠化者中，Hp阳性569例，Hp检出率63.6%。其中慢性浅表性胃炎伴肠化620例（含非典型增生者12例），Hp阳性399例；慢性萎缩性胃炎伴肠化265例（含伴不典型增生者7例），Hp阳性165例；胃癌伴肠化10例，Hp阳性5例
66人，教师6人，个体2人，学生4人。居住地为银川市者99人，县城164人，农村312人，慢性浅表性胃炎127人，慢性萎缩性胃炎343人，十二指肠球部溃疡51人， 胃溃疡 23人，胃癌31人。 1.2 方法 纤维胃镜检查时，用消毒过的活检钳在胃窦部钳取胃粘膜组织一块，取1min快速型Hp诊断试纸（珠海珠信生物工程制品有限公司出品），将活检组织放于试纸中央。放置1min试纸由黄色变成樱红色为阳性，不变色为阳性，如延迟3in变为樱红色为弱阳性。
