临床考核血清盘的建议 以抗-HBc-IgM为例，部临检中心收集近百例临床肝炎病人的样本，经美国abbott公司抗-HBc-IgM试剂反复检验筛选。选出血清70份，其中阳性29份，阴性41份，组成抗-HBc-IgM临床考核血清盘。在70份样本中，除7份为无病历的质控血清外，抗-HBc-IgM阳性的22份样本中含临床诊断急性肝炎16例、慢性活动性肝炎5例、重症肝炎1例；抗-HBc-IgM阴性的40份样本中，含临床诊断慢性迁延性肝炎24例、急性肝炎例（均为恢复期采的血样）、慢性活动性肝炎8例（其中5例
