| 体内活性 | Enerisant HCl (0.3-1 mg/kg; p.o.; 一次性; 雄性SD大鼠) 可减轻大鼠的双相反应。[1] Enerisant HCl (0.1-3 mg/kg; p.o.; 一次性; 雄性SD大鼠) 在大鼠中以剂量依赖性方式引起组胺H3受体占据，半最大受体占据剂量为0.78 mg/kg。[1] Enerisant HCl (1 mg/kg; s.c.; 一次性; 雄性SD大鼠) 增加大鼠后下丘脑区域的总细胞外组胺水平。[1] Enerisant HCl (1 mg/kg; i.p.; 一次性; 雄性SD大鼠) 增加大鼠中脑前额皮层(mPFC)的总细胞外多巴胺和乙酰胆碱水平。[1] |
