| 描述 | Sakuranetin, a flavanone phytoalexin from ultraviolet-irradiated rice leaves, it has antifungal, antimutagenic, anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects |
| 体外活性 | 在抗性品系的幼嫩水稻叶片中，接种孢子悬浮液后3天内展现出过敏反应(HR)，并在3 dpi检测到Sakuranetin含量增加，到了4 dpi增加到4倍。而在易感品系中，在4 dpi检测到Sakuranetin含量增加，但在3 dpi并未检测到，在此期间已积累了大量菌丝体而未展现HR。在两种栽培品种中，Sakuranetin积累之前，发现了花青素7-O-甲基转移酶OsNOMT基因的诱导表达。Sakuranetin的抗真菌活性，在体内外实验条件下显著高于主要水稻二萜类PA momilactone A。在固体和液体菌丝体培养中检测到Sakuranetin的降解和解毒作用，这些作用发生的速度比momilactone A慢。估计，在HR损伤处的Sakuranetin局部浓度对限制真菌有效，而在易感水稻的扩大损伤处的浓度则不足[1]。 |
