血清学标志与PCR检测HBV DNA确定。均无既往肝炎史，谷丙转氨酶正常，无乙肝疫苗注射史，年龄在25-35岁之间。8名配偶以上述方法检测均无HBV感染，年龄在23-33岁之间。夫妇双方血清、白细胞、精液在住院期间收集。取终止妊娠3月以上胎儿。胎儿血在产出当时采取并分离血清保存于-20℃，同时分离白细胞。无菌条件下取肝脏组织。胎儿血清、白细胞、肝脏任何一项HBV DNA阳性者判定为子宫内感染。另外选择5对无HBV标志的夫妇与胎儿为对照。1.2 检测方法1.2.1 ELISA检测HBV五项血清学标志
