Arecoline has anti-anxiety and anti-parasitic activity, can induce oxidative stress and can be used to study Alzheimer's disease and Alzheimer's disease. |

方法经行了改进：1.增加琼脂糖凝胶中DNA染色剂（EB或godview）的使用量，使DNA染色达到饱和。2.提高琼脂糖凝胶的浓度至3％（常规为1％）。但是随着琼脂糖凝胶浓度的提高，其黏稠度增加，融化过程中产生的气泡不易排除，因此建议凝胶融化后不要立即拿出来冷却，而是放在75℃的恒温水浴箱中静置，待气泡减少后再行灌胶。经过上述的一些处理，我们在酶切鉴定中成功地看到了长度为63bp的那条DNA 片段。 以上只是一些个人的想法和做法，必然有很多不科学的地方，希望各位大虾不吝赐教，指点迷津。
