| 描述 | Biclotymol is an antimicrobial agent and a compound with inhibitory activity against Gram-positive cocci, with an MIC of 150 μM against Streptococcus pneumoniae and Haemophilus influenzae. This compound possesses anti-inflammatory, analgesic, and cell permeability properties, and is used in research related to ear-nose-throat infections and throat pain. |
| 体外活性 | 方法：通过体外抗菌实验测定Biclotymol对多种呼吸道病原菌的最小抑菌浓度（MIC）及杀菌动力学。 结果：Biclotymol对肺炎链球菌和流感嗜血杆菌最敏感（MIC=0.15 mg/mL），20 mg/mL时接触<1分钟即呈快速杀菌作用，作用呈剂量依赖性。[1] |
| 体内活性 | 方法：在急性咽炎患者中开展两项临床试验。一项开放标签试验（n=40）予Biclotymol喷雾（每日3次，每次2喷）或夫沙芬净（每日4次，每次4喷），持续7-10天；另一项双盲试验（n=39）予Biclotymol喷雾（每日3次，每次2喷）或安慰剂，持续4-8天。 结果：Biclotymol组50%（急性）和34.5%（慢性）患者疗效“好/非常好”，优于夫沙芬净；80%患者疗效“好/非常好”，65%疼痛完全缓解，显著优于安慰剂。[1] |
