| 描述 | Loxoprofen sodium (CS-600) is an effective and oral sodium inhibitor of COX-1 and COX-2 with IC50 of 6.5 and 13.5 μM, respectively. Loxoprofen sodium works by reducing the synthesis of prostaglandins from arachidonic acid. Loxoprofen sodium has anti-inflammatory and antitumor activity and can be used to treat atherosclerosis. |
| 体外活性 | Loxoprofen sodium 是一种非选择性环氧合酶(COX)抑制剂，其对人全血中COX-1和COX-2的IC50分别为6.5μM和13.5μM。[1] Loxoprofen sodium被广泛用于研究慢性及暂时性疾病引起的疼痛和炎症。此外，Loxoprofen sodium可通过细胞色素P450（CYP）转化为非活性的羟基化代谢产物（OH-LOXs）。[2] |
| 体内活性 | Loxoprofen sodium 能够降低小鼠因醋酸引起的扭体反应，并减轻大鼠因卡拉胶引发的爪部水肿以及脂多糖所致的发热（分别的ED30s为20.1, 0.7, 和2.79 mg/kg）。[3] Loxoprofen sodium （每日4 mg/kg；口服；持续1周或8周）通过减轻炎症作用减缓小鼠动脉粥样硬化的进程[4]。Loxoprofen sodium （60 μg/mL；口服；24天）通过抑制血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）来抑制小鼠肿瘤的生长[5]。 |
