| 描述 | Ombuin has anti-inflammatory activity, it inhibits some macrophage functions involved in the inflammatory process. |
| 体外活性 | 化合物1-7作为一些涉及炎症过程的巨噬细胞功能的抑制剂进行了评估。这七种化合物显著且剂量依赖性地抑制了脂多糖(LPS)和干扰素(IFN)-γ诱导的一氧化氮(NO)和细胞因子[肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-α和白细胞介素(IL)-12]的产生。化合物1、2和7在约30、50和10微米的浓度下分别引起NO、TNF-α和IL-12产生的50%抑制(IC50)，而在50、200和40微米的浓度下，化合物3、4和5、6分别显示了15-30%的抑制作用。另一方面，化合物3和7显示无抑制作用，而化合物1、4-6在LPS/IFN-γ作用24小时后，已表达诱导型NO合酶的情况下，降低了约10-30%的巨噬细胞NO合成。 |
