| 描述 | Okanin shows significant activities on both linoleic acid peroxidation inhibition and DPPH radical scavenging effect. |
| 体外活性 | 通过对双羽鬼针草(Bidens bipinnata L.)花的乙醇提取物进行活性指导的分离，得到了五种黄酮类化合物，分别为sulfuretin(1)、butein(2)、7,8,3′2,4′2-四羟基黄烷酮(3)、maritimetin(4)和Okanin(5)。这些化合物在抑制亚油酸过氧化和DPPH自由基清除效应上均显示出显著活性。同时对这些化合物对他克林诱导的人肝派生Hep G2细胞毒性的保护效果进行了评估。化合物1、3、4和5在分别以EC50值为36.1±0.9、23.3±0.9、41.0±1.0和29.8±1.1 μM显示出显著的保护效果。 |
