性高频突变，研究人员对158个临床AEL病人（91个男性，67个女性）进行了详细的临床分类（37个MDS-AEL，108个N-AEL，13个AML-MRC）和细胞遗传学特性分析。然后运用全外显子测序（由上海伯豪二代测序平台提供），研究人员对其中的6个AEL样本及其remission样本进行了体细胞突变分析，共发现了436个白血病相关的涉及到288个基因的非同义突变（428个错义，8个无义突变）。其中，有45个突变多次出现，包括4个case出现CEBPA突变，2个case出现GATA2突变
