| 描述 | AZ 5704 (compound 74) is a selective and orally active ATM inhibitor (IC50 = 0.6 nM), which can enhance the anti-tumor activity of irinotecan in the SW620 xenograft model. |
| 体内活性 | 方法：在免疫功能不全的SW620（结直肠细胞系）荷瘤小鼠中，给药Irinotecan（50 mg/kg，腹腔注射，每日1次，第1天）和AZ 5704（50 mg/kg，口服，每日2次，第2天和第4天；第5天和第7天不给药） 结果：AZ 5704单药在没有显著疗效，与Irinotecan联用3周后，SW620异种移植模型的肿瘤生长明显减少，并且大于Irinotecan单药治疗。 |
