| 体外活性 | 在WSU-CLL、I83CLL和JVM-2细胞中，Melarsoprol（1-100 nM，24-96 h）呈剂量和时间依赖性地抑制这三种细胞系的存活和生长；经Melarsoprol（10、100 nM）处理24小时后，细胞展现出典型的凋亡特征变化；Melarsoprol（1-100 nM，24 h）还能有效抑制bcl-2 mRNA及其蛋白的表达。[2] |
| 体内活性 | 作为对照制剂，Melarsoprol有机溶液(0.039 mmol/kg)静脉注射于小鼠后，在骨髓中显著富集 (C(max)=1.64 mmol/g)，其脑部浓度也相当高(C(max)=0. 093 mmol/g)，半数致死剂量（LD(50)）为0.12 mmol/kg。[3] |
