| 描述 | Trigonelline (Trigenolline), an alkaloid with potential antidiabetic activity, is present in considerable amounts in coffee. |
| 体外活性 | 处理细胞时，Trigonelline 可以缓解 H2O2 引起的细胞死亡，并提高抗氧化活性。此外，Trigonelline 在 H2O2 引发的氧化应激中，调节凋亡基因 caspase-3、caspase-9 和抗凋亡基因 Bcl-2、Bcl-XL 的表达，显著减少 H2O2 引起的 H9c2 细胞坏死和凋亡。然而，与 H2O2 对抗时，Trigonelline 浓度的进一步增加可能会引发坏死和凋亡。 |
| 体内活性 | Trigonelline在链脲佐菌素诱导的糖尿病大鼠中会减少骨矿化并倾向于恶化骨骼机械属性。在烟酰胺/链脲佐菌素处理的大鼠中，Trigonelline显著增加骨矿物密度(BMD)，并倾向于改善松质骨强度。Trigonelline对链脲佐菌素引发的代谢障碍大鼠骨骼系统有着不同的影响，如加剧链脲佐菌素处理大鼠的骨质疏松变化，并在非高血糖(烟酰胺/链脲佐菌素处理)大鼠中对骨骼有利。 |
