| 描述 | Olsalazine disodium (Dipentum) is bioconverted to 5-aminosalicylic acid (5-ASA) in the colon and has anti-inflammatory activity in ulcerative colitis. |
| 体外活性 | 在患有葡聚糖硫酸钠诱发的实验性结肠炎的nu/nu CD-1小鼠中,每天Olsalazine（50 mg/kg ）处理后,偶氮还原酶细菌裂解偶氮键,释放美沙拉秦能够治疗肠炎. |
| 体内活性 | 在分离的大鼠和兔回肠粘膜中,Olsalazine（<2.89 mM）增加钠和氯离子的分泌,并降低的氯离子吸收。在分离的大鼠结肠中, Olsalazine（<11.5 mM）也剂量依赖性地减少净钠,减少分离的的氯离子吸收,在高浓度时（11.5 mM）增加钾分泌。分离的大鼠空肠中,Olsalazine还抑制葡萄糖和乳糖的吸收。在人肠道巨噬细胞中（IC50=0.39 mM）,Olsalazine对于LTB4趋化性的有效抑制剂。 |
