| 描述 | Batabulin (T138067) is an antitumor compound, which binds covalently and selectively to a subset of the β-tubulin isotypes, thereby disrupting microtubule polymerization. Batabulin affects cell morphology and leads to cell-cycle arrest ultimately induce apoptotic cell death. |
| 体外活性 | 在MCF7细胞中，Batabulin（T138067；30-300 nM；24小时）的处理显示出细胞中约25-30%的四倍体（4n）DNA含量和25-30%的细胞凋亡率。经过100 nM Batabulin作用48小时后，约50-80%的细胞群体正在经历凋亡。Batabulin与β-tubulin亚型中的特定几种形成共价结合，干扰微管聚合。在β1、β2和β4 tubulin亚型共有的Cys-239残基上。Batabulin处理的细胞形态发生改变。 |
