| 描述 | 5-R-Rivaroxaban is (R)-enantiomer of Rivaroxaban. Rivaroxaban (BAY 59-7939) is a highly potent and selective, direct Factor Xa (FXa) inhibitor (IC50 0.7 nM; Ki 0.4 nM). |
| 体外活性 | Rivaroxaban 通过静脉注射预先给药抑制血栓形成，诱导血栓前使用可有效减少血栓（ED50为0.1 mg/kg），抑制FXa活性并延长PT时间。在ED50水平下，PT和FXa受影响较轻（分别增加1.8倍和抑制32%）。以0.3 mg/kg剂量（几乎完全抑制血栓形成的剂量）使用时，Rivaroxaban 使PT中度延长（3.2±0.5倍），并抑制FXa活性（65±3%）[2]。 |
