| 体内活性 | 方法：为研究Pioglitazone的胰岛素抵抗作用，将Pioglitazone（10、30 mg/kg）口服给 ob/ob and adipo-/-ob/ob小鼠，每日1次，连续14天。 结果：Pioglitazone可改善胰岛素抵抗和糖尿病，这可能在肝脏中依赖脂质运载蛋白，但在骨骼肌中不依赖。[2] 方法：为研究Pioglitazone对心脏重塑的作用，将Pioglitazone（10 mg/kg）口服给糖尿病肾病组大鼠，每日1次，连续4周。 结果：Pioglitazone显著减轻体重 (BW)、心肌肥厚、血糖水平升高并改善相关的血脂异常。[3] |
