| 体外活性 | Clofibric acid提高羰基还原酶在体内的表达,降低了PGE2水平,也减少了OVCAR-3–肿瘤和DISS源性腹水中血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）的数量.Clofibric acid在固体OVCAR-3肿瘤中,会降低微血管密度并诱导细胞凋亡.与对照组相比,9,000 ppm Clofibric acid饮食治疗显著减少了OVCAR-3肿瘤异种移植s.c.的增长 (46%),也明显延长了患有DISS源性恶性腹水的小鼠的生存时间. |
