蛋白活性:1.1E5 of mouse Anti-TROP2 antibody-conjugated beads (6-8 μm) were stained with a series of concentrations of AF 488-conjugated human TROP2 Protein (Site-Specific AF 488 Conjugation, His Tag, Cat. No. 10428-H86H-SD). Binding activity was measured by AF 488 fluorescence. The recommended working concentration is 2 μg/mL (end-user titration is recommended for optimal performance). 2.Binding activity of AF 488-conjugated TROP2 protein to PBMC cells. PBMC cells were stained with PE conjugated anti-CD3 antibody and AF 488-conjugated human TROP-2 Protein (Site-Specific AF 488 Conjugation, His Tag, Cat. No. 10428-H86H-SD) and detected by flow cytometry. PE signal was used to evaluate the content of CD3+ T cells in PBMCs. AF 488 signal was used to evaluate the non-specific binding activity to PBMCs (QC tested).
