产品描述
亚甲基蓝（Methylene Blue），同义名：次甲基蓝，亚甲蓝，碱性蓝9，可用于对动物细胞染色使得细胞核更容易被观察到。也是染色液如瑞氏染色液（Wright’s stain）和纳尔氏染色液（Jenner’s stain）的组成之一。细胞学中能对血涂片染色，以及分子生物学中对RNA或DNA染色，从而在光学显微镜或者杂交膜上进行观察。
本品为亚甲基蓝的三水合物，CAS NO.7220-79-3，染料含量>80%，属于生物染色剂（BS）级别。
