    pCMV-EZH2-FLAG-Neo This plasmid is suitable for overexpression in mammalian cells. The plasmid contains a CMV enhancer and CMV promoter that work together to efficiently express the human EZH2 gene, promoting the C-terminal fusion expression of the EZH2 gene with a FLAG tag, facilitating detection, localization, and purification of the expressed fusion protein using FLAG antibodies.
