    pLV2-CMV-SLC16A1-3×FLAG-Puro This is a plasmid suitable for overexpression in mammalian cells. The combination of the CMV enhancer and CMV promoter initiates transcription of the human SLC16A1 gene, promoting the C-terminal fusion expression of the SLC16A1 gene with a 3×FLAG tag, allowing for detection, localization, and purification of the expressed fusion protein using FLAG antibodies. Additionally, the plasmid carries HIV-1 Ψ and 3'/5' LTR elements for lentivirus packaging, facilitating stable integration of the gene into host cells. The plasmid also carries a Puro resistance gene for selecting host cells expressing the target gene.
