    pLV3-CMV-GSDME-3×FLAG-Puro This plasmid is suitable for overexpression in mammalian cells. The CMV strong promoter carried by the plasmid can initiate the transcription of the human GSDME gene, promoting the C-terminal fusion expression of the GSDME gene with a 3×FLAG tag, facilitating detection, localization, and purification of the expressed fusion protein using FLAG antibodies. Additionally, the plasmid contains HIV-1 Ψ and 3'/5' LTR elements for lentivirus packaging, facilitating the stable integration of the gene into host cells. The plasmid carries a Puro resistance gene for screening host cells expressing the target gene.
