    pBiFC-ENO1-VC155 This plasmid is suitable for detecting protein interactions in mammalian cells using a bimolecular fluorescence complementation assay. The plasmid contains a strong CMV promoter that can initiate the transcription of the human-derived ENO1 gene. The plasmid carries the VC155 reporter gene, which can bind to the N-terminal fragment VN173 of the yellow fluorescent protein (Venus), restoring fluorescent activity for detecting interactions between proteins.
