    pLV3-CMV-ILF3-3×Myc-EF1a-CopGFP-Puro This plasmid is suitable for overexpression in mammalian cells. The CMV strong promoter can initiate the transcription of downstream genes, promoting the C-terminal fusion expression of a 3×Myc tag, which facilitates recognition and tracking of the Myc-tagged target protein by anti-Myc antibodies in experiments such as Western blotting, immunoprecipitation, or immunofluorescence, thereby studying the expression level and interactions of the target protein with other proteins. The plasmid carries a CopGFP green fluorescent protein driven by the EF1a promoter for detecting the expression and localization of the target gene. Additionally, the plasmid contains HIV-1 Ψ and 3'/5' LTR elements for lentivirus packaging, facilitating stable integration of the gene into host cells. The plasmid carries a Puro resistance gene for selecting host cells expressing the target gene.
