    pCMV-EGLN3-3×HA-Neo This plasmid is suitable for overexpression in mammalian cells. The plasmid contains a CMV strong promoter that can initiate the transcription of the downstream human EGLN3 gene, promoting the C-terminal fusion expression of the EGLN3 gene with a 3×HA tag, facilitating experiments such as protein immunoprecipitation and co-immunoprecipitation. The plasmid carries a Neo/G418 resistance gene for selecting host cells that express the target gene.
