Quick-Load 1 kb Extend DNA Ladder 是预混预制型分子量 DNA Marker，包含溴酚蓝示踪染料。
此 DNA Ladder 包含多种已获专利的质粒和 DNA 分子，此类质粒和 DNA 分子经适当的限制性内切酶消化完成后，产生的 13 条条带适合用作琼脂糖凝胶电泳的分子量标准。消化后的 DNA 包含 0.5 kb 到 48.5 kb 的片段。3 kb 片段的强度更高，可用作参照带。
- 建议的凝胶和迁移条件：0.5% 1X TBE 琼脂糖，5 V/cm（电极之间的距离），持续 90 到 105 分钟
