检测原理（竞争法）

1. 酶标板预包被针对大鼠 GLP‑1 的特异性抗体。
2. 待测样品或标准品（未标记）与生物素标记的 GLP‑1 抗原同时加入孔中，二者竞争绑定抗体位点。
3. 洗涤除去未结合物后加入链霉亲和素‑HRP（Streptavidin‑HRP）复合物。
4. 加入 TMB 底物，HRP 催化产生蓝色信号；加入终止液后转为黄色。

Assay Principle (Competitive)

1. The microplate is pre-coated with a specific antibody against rat GLP‑1.
2. Simultaneously add the test sample or standard (unlabeled) and the biotin-conjugated GLP‑1 antigen to the wells, where they compete for binding to the antibody sites.
3. After washing to remove unbound material, add Streptavidin-HRP conjugate.
4. Add TMB substrate; HRP catalyzes the conversion to a blue signal, which turns yellow after adding the stop solution.
5. Measure the OD at 450 nm; the OD value is inversely proportional to the GLP‑1 concentration in the sample, which is calculated based on the standard curve.
