检测原理

本试剂盒基于双抗体夹心法：

1. 酶标板预包被特异性抗大鼠 CNTFR 抗体。

Product Overview

This kit is a core product of the EliKine™ series, specifically designed for cellular analysis and protein‑based (ELISA) research. It employs a sandwich antibody format for high‑sensitivity, high‑specificity quantitative detection of rat ciliary neurotrophic factor receptor (CNTFR).

Applicable Scope

• Sample Types: serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell supernatants, and other relevant liquid samples

Detection Principle

This kit is based on the sandwich antibody method:

1. The microplate is pre‑coated with a specific anti‑rat CNTFR capture antibody.
2. Samples or standards are added to form antibody‑antigen complexes.
3. A biotinylated detection antibody and streptavidin‑HRP are added, creating an antibody‑antigen‑antibody‑enzyme complex.
4. After washing, TMB substrate is added. HRP catalyzes a blue color, which is converted to yellow by the stop solution.
