检测原理

Assay Principle

This kit employs a sandwich immunoassay:
1. Microwell plates are pre‑coated with purified human CA125 capture antibody.

3. Add biotinylated detection antibody followed by streptavidin‑HRP complex to form the antibody‑antigen‑antibody‑enzyme complex.
