Identification and enumeration of IgMa+ cells by flow cytometryClone REA839 recognizes the mouse IgM antigen of Igh-Ca haplotype, e.g., BALB/c, CBA, C3H/He, C58, DBA/1, or DBA/2. It does not react with Igh-Cb or Igh-Ce haplotypes, e.g., A/J, SJL/J, NZB/B1NJ, AKR/J, C57BL/6J, and C57BL/10SnJ. IgM is expressed by mature B cells. | Additional information: Clone REA839 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors.
