【产品概述】
本产品是专为两步法RT-PCR第一步实验设计的高灵敏度反转录反应预混体系，可以从极低量的总RNA或poly(A) mRNA合成第一链cDNA，无需额外添加RNase抑制剂（已预混在RT Mix中），合成的cDNA产量更高，长度可达15 kb。使用方便，对后续的PCR或定量PCR实验兼容性好，适合于各种耐热DNA聚合酶。
