本产品基于PreScript Ⅲ Reverse Transcriptase，包含合成高质量第一链cDNA所需的所有成分，适合于后续的PCR、qPCR以及PCR克隆。5× RT Reaction Mix包含优化的缓冲体系和dNTPs；PreScript Ⅲ Enzyme Mix包含PreScript Ⅲ Reverse Transcriptase和RNase inhibitor。同时可根据需要，选择Oligo (dT)23VN、Random hexamers或基因特异引物作为逆转录引物。PreScript Ⅲ Reverse Transcriptase是通过定点突变得到的RNase H活性缺失的全新逆转录酶，该酶的热稳定性和cDNA合成效率得到大幅提升，适用于具有复杂二级结构的RNA模板的逆转录。

实验案例
1. 不同长度RNA模板的逆转录能力
以1 μg HeLa细胞Total RNA为模板，Oligo(dT) 23 VN为引物按照说明书体系和程序进行逆转录，取1 μL cDNA产物模板，用PfuMax HiFi DNA Polymerase进行扩增，可见R413产品可完整逆转录长达15 kb的RNA模板。
2. 与同类产品逆转录效率的比较
以1 μg HeLa细胞RNA为模板，使用R413产品和市售其他公司同类产品，按照各自说明书推荐体系和程序进行逆转录反应。以逆转录得到cDNA为模板，挑选高表达量和较低表达量两种基因，进行Realtime PCR检测这两种基因，结果显示（左图为高表达量基因检测结果，右图为较低表达量基因检测结果），R413产品的逆转录效率优于其他公司同类产品。
