【产品概述】
StarScript II One-step RT-PCR Kit是高效合成和扩增的一步法RT-PCR试剂盒，用于以RNA为模板，通过特异引物合成cDNA之后，在DNA聚合酶的作用下通过PCR技术检测目标基因的含量。
本产品为一管化设计，反转录和PCR反应均在一个反应体系中完成。反应产物可以直接电泳检测。
