RNA-chromatin immunoprecipitations (RNA-ChIP) in mammalian cells
minutes at room temperature (see note 1). Glycine was added to a final concentration of 125mM to quench crosslinking, and the cells pelleted again. The pellet was washed twice with ice-cold PBS containing 1x protease inhibitor cocktail.
