Suggested Working Dilution Detection Protocol
1. Tissue preparation: Deparaffinize and rehydrate according to the established protocols.
2. Blocking step-1: Incubate with H202 at RT and rinse with PBS.
3. Blocking step-2: Apply the Capillary Action Block for 5 min.
4. Primary antibody: Apply the Mouse or Rabbit antibody for 25 min. Rinse with PBS.
5. Secondary antibody: Apply the Capillary Action Link for 25 min. Rinse with PBS.
6. Labeling reagent: Apply the Capillary Action Label for 25 min. Rinse with PBS.
7. Chromogen step:- a. Prepare the DAB chromogen:
- Buffer DAB Chromogen
5 mL + 0.2 mL
25 mL + 1.0 mL
50 mL + 2.0 mL
- 1. Apply the DAB chromogen for 5-15 min.
2. Rinse with PBS.
- Buffer DAB Chromogen
