This product is sold for laboratory research use only, not for human or in-vivo use.Form Affinity Purified Antibody (in PBS with less than 0.1% NaN3) Host Rabbit Species Reactivity NMDA Receptor NR2B Polyclonal Antibody (SIGNET)Rat, Mouse [Ab] 50 ug Specificity The NMDA receptor is an ionotropic glutamate receptor implicated in neuronal development, synaptic plasticity, and glutamate toxicity. Signet’s NR2Bp antibody is specific for the phosphorolated state of the NR2B subunit. NR2Bp does not cross react with non-phosphorolated state of the NR2B subunit or with any other NMDAR subunit. Uses This antibody is effective in immunoblotting and immunohistochemistry (IHC). Suggested Working Dilution NMDA Receptor NR2B Polyclonal Antibody (SIGNET)The optimal working dilution should be determined for each specific assay condition. - Western blot: 1:2,000
Storage Do not store antibody diluted below 50 ug/mL in the absence of protein (i.e.: add 2% bovine serum albumin). The antibody is best stored undiluted at -80°C.
