| 中文名称 | 泛素载体蛋白R2封闭多肽 |
| 英文别名 | CDC34B; E2 CDC34B; UBE2R2; Ubiquitin carrier protein R2; Ubiquitin conjugating enzyme E2 CDC34B; Ubiquitin conjugating enzyme E2 R2; Ubiquitin conjugating enzyme E2R 2; Ubiquitin conjugating enzyme UBC3B; Ubiquitin protein ligase R2. |
| 纯化方法 | HPLC |
| 亚基 | When phosphorylated, interacts with beta-TrCP (BTRC). |
| 相似性 | Belongs to the ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme family. |
| 功能 | Accepts ubiquitin from the E1 complex and catalyzes its covalent attachment to other proteins. In vitro catalyzes monoubiquitination and 'Lys-48'-linked polyubiquitination. May be involved in degradation of katenin. |
| 保存条件 | Shipped at 4℃. Stored at -20℃ for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. |
| 注意事项 | This product as supplied is intended for research use only, not for use in human, therapeutic or diagnostic applications. |
| 背景资料 | UBC3B is a ubiquitous and pleiotropic Ser/Thr protein kinase involved in cell growth and transformation. This gene encodes a protein similar to the E2 ubiquitin conjugating enzyme UBC3/CDC34. Studies suggest that CK2-dependent phosphorylation of this ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme functions by regulating beta-TrCP substrate recognition and induces its interaction with beta-TrCP, enhancing beta-catenin degradation. |
