规格：5个/20个 碧云天的BeyoDesalt™ 6FF Midi脱盐柱，即BeyoDesalt™ 6FF Midi Desalting Column，是一种简单、快速、高效地使用Beyorose™ 6FF基质分离大分子量物质与小分子量物质的预包装即用型层析柱，俗称脱盐柱，主要用于去除病毒颗粒、大分子量蛋白质、超螺旋DNA、多糖等样品的盐离子、去垢剂、小分子染料、缓冲剂等杂质。本脱盐柱使用的填料为Beyorose™ 6FF，填料粒径为45-165μm，可分离分子量>400kDa的蛋白质或其它大分子样品，柱床体积为5.3ml，建议上样量为0.5-1.5ml，本产品适用于重力法或离心法。
