产品描述
cAMP Detection Kit可用于检测细胞中cAMP的水平。试剂盒中有一株抗体识别cAMP，标记荧光供体Eu (Anti-cAMP-Eu)；cAMP上标记荧光受体A2 (cAMP-A2)。
在溶液中，Anti-cAMP-Eu与cAMP-A2结合，可发生荧光共振能量转移(FRET)，使用320 nm的光激发荧光供体Eu，Eu供体发射620 nm的光，此620 nm的光激发荧光受体A2，A2受体发射出665 nm的光。细胞裂解后，细胞内产生的的cAMP被释放到裂解液样本中，会竞争结合Anti-cAMP-Eu，破坏FRET现象。待测细胞中cAMP的浓度与FRET的信号值(665 nm/620 nm的光强度比值)成反比。
