【预期用途】
用于测定血清、血浆、尿液、干血和粪便中的 CRP。仅用于体外诊断。

【背景知识】
C反应蛋白（CRP）主要在肝细胞中形成，其合成速率受参与炎症过程的细胞因子的影响。生物半衰期估计为 13-16 小时。 CRP 血清浓度反映了特别敏感的炎症活动，例如急性发热、肺炎和心肌梗塞。
