蛋白构建：A DNA sequence encoding the Influenza A virus ((A/Cambodia/NPH230032/2023) (H5N1)) Hemagglutinin trimer (translated amino acids of EPI2419700), termed as HA, was expressed with a C-terminal polyhistidine tag followed by an AVI tag. The expressed protein was biotinylated in vivo by the Biotin-Protein ligase (BirA enzyme) which is co-expressed.
