蛋白构建：A DNA sequence encoding the Influenza A virus (A/Vietnam/1194/2004(H5N1)) hemagglutinin (AAT73273.1) , termed as HA, was expressed with a C-terminal polyhistidine tag followed by an AVI tag. The expressed protein was biotinylated in vivo by the Biotin-Protein ligase (BirA enzyme) which is co-expressed.
