| 背景说明 | Actins are ubiquitous globular and highly conserved proteins that are involved in various types of cell motility，structure，and integrity.Three main groups of actin isoforms，alpha，beta and gamma have been identified.The alpha actins are found in muscle tissues and are a major constituent of the contractile apparatus.The beta and gamma actins co-exist in most cell types as components of the cytoskeleton，and as mediators of internal cell motility.ACTB is a major constituent of the contractile apparatus and one of the two nonmuscle cytoskeletal actins.Polymerization of globular actin (G-actin) leads to a structural filament (F-actin) in the form of a two-stranded helix.Each actin can bind to 4 others. |

【求助】新手 请问western-blot测NF-KB、FLT3是用总蛋白提取试剂盒吗
Anti-Flt-3, extracellular region，是针对flt3胞外段的抗体 Anti-Flt-3, cytoplasmic domain，是针对flt3胞内段的抗体 Flt-3 Ligand, recombinant human，是重组的Flt-3的配体，如果能作为抗体用的话应该是针对flt3的活性位点。不过如果是做western-blot的话，由于要蛋白要变性，变性后活性位点是否还存在不得而知，最好不要用这种，而且这种量少啊，才10 µg，估计比较贵吧。
