MCCOY'S 5A
产品简介:1959, McCoy等报道了体外培养Novikoff Hepatoma细胞所需的氨基酸。他们在基本培养基5A的基础上通过调整加入氨基酸的量产生了MCCOY'S 5A的配方。随后Hsu 和Kellogg 使用这种培养基成功培养了一系列来源于多种组织的原代细胞,这些组织包括正常骨髓(bone marrow)、皮肤(skin)、牙龈(gingiva)、 睾丸(testes)、小鼠肾脏(mouse kidney)、网膜(omentum)、 肾上腺(adrenal glands)、肺(lung)、脾脏(spleen)、大鼠胚胎(rat embryos)及其它组织。
该产品含有25mM的HEPES。
