| 细胞实验 | L-天冬氨酸被证明是结肠特异性药物的合适前药[1]。通过分别预先给予100mM L-天冬氨酸和100mM L-Glu,在5分钟时保留在脑中的L- [3H] Asp增加206和178%,而100mM D-Asp不影响L- [ 3H] Asp外排运输。通过分别与100mM L-天冬氨酸和100mM L-Glu共同给予L- [3H] Glu在20分钟时的值增加145和156%,但不是通过D-Asp。有趣的是,L-天冬氨酸在BBB上的表观流出速率比L-Glu快7倍[2]。 |
